We found the inspiration for Tay Berry at the Falls of Dochart in Killin, where the River Tay begins its run through the Highlands. The air there is cool and clear, filled with the scent of pine needles, wet stone, and the faint sweetness of berries growing along the banks. It’s one of those places that feels alive.
That moment became Tay Berry: a crisp, woody blend of Scots pine, autumn berries, jasmine, and clary sage.
